Welcome to OTPXChange (otpxchange.com). By accessing our website or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
- "OTPXChange," "we," "us," "our" refers to the business operating at otpxchange.com.
- "Customer," "you," "your" refers to any individual or entity purchasing products or services from OTPXChange.
- "Products" refers to all digital goods sold by OTPXChange, including but not limited to Telegram accounts, Gmail accounts, Discord accounts, Twitter/X accounts, Instagram accounts, and Facebook accounts in any format (TData, Session+JSON, TDATA+JSON, etc.).
- "Order" refers to any purchase request submitted by the customer.
2. Eligibility
By using OTPXChange, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You will use purchased products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- You accept full responsibility for how the products are used after delivery.
3. Products & Services
OTPXChange specializes in providing bulk Telegram accounts as our primary product. We also offer accounts for other platforms (Gmail, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook) as secondary services.
- Telegram accounts are available in TData, Session+JSON, TDATA+JSON, fresh, and aged formats.
- All accounts are phone verified (PVA) using real SIM numbers unless otherwise stated.
- Stock availability, account formats, and platform offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
- Account specifications (age, geo, format) are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.
4. Orders & Payment
- All orders are placed through direct communication via Telegram (@otpxchange).
- We accept cryptocurrency payments: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).
- Select verified bulk buyers may be eligible for credit card payments at our discretion.
- All prices are quoted in USD. Cryptocurrency payments are calculated at the market rate at the time of transaction.
- Payment must be completed in full before any products are delivered.
- Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been verified on the blockchain or payment processor.
5. Delivery
- Products are delivered digitally via our automated system or directly through Telegram.
- Standard delivery time is 10-30 minutes after payment confirmation.
- Custom or large bulk orders may take longer. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order.
- Delivery is considered complete once the account credentials/files have been sent to the customer.
- It is the customer's responsibility to download and secure their account data promptly after delivery.
6. Replacement Policy
OTPXChange offers a limited replacement window under strict conditions. Please read this section carefully as it defines the full scope of our post-delivery obligations.
- We offer a 1-hour replacement window from the time of delivery for accounts that are non-functional or dead on arrival (DOA).
- Once you log into an account, the replacement policy and any warranty immediately expire. After login, the account is considered accepted and fully transferred to you. No replacements, exchanges, or claims will be processed after login — regardless of what happens to the account afterward.
- Account bans, suspensions, restrictions, or any issues that occur after the customer has logged in are not our responsibility. The vast majority of bans happen due to improper login practices — using low-quality proxies, datacenter IPs, VPNs, or logging into multiple accounts from the same IP.
- To qualify for a replacement within the 1-hour window (before login), the customer must:
- Report the issue within 1 hour of delivery via Telegram (@otpxchange).
- Provide proof that the account is non-functional (screenshots, error messages).
- Confirm that they have not logged into the account.
- Replacements are provided as equivalent accounts of the same type and format, subject to stock availability.
- We reserve the right to deny any replacement request at our sole discretion.
7. Post-Login Disclaimer
Once you log into any account purchased from OTPXChange, you accept full responsibility for that account. Specifically:
- All warranties, replacement eligibility, and support obligations end the moment you log in.
- OTPXChange has no liability, responsibility, or obligation for any account ban, suspension, restriction, data loss, or any other issue that occurs after login.
- We strongly recommend using high-quality residential or mobile proxies for all bulk account logins. Using datacenter proxies, VPNs, or shared IPs significantly increases the risk of bans.
- For bulk account management, we recommend logging into accounts one at a time, using unique IPs per account, and following a warm-up period before performing any actions.
- You may reach out to us for tips and best practices on account usage. We are happy to share guidance, but as stated in Section 8 (Support & Guidance Disclaimer), any tips we provide are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of any outcome.
8. Refund Policy
All products sold by OTPXChange are digital goods. Once an order has been delivered, ownership and responsibility transfer entirely to the customer. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery. Due to the irreversible nature of digital product delivery, we cannot verify whether delivered accounts have been accessed, copied, or used after transfer. Therefore, refunds are not available once the product has been sent.
- OTPXChange is not liable for any damages, losses, bans, restrictions, or consequences that arise from the customer's use of purchased accounts after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, account suspensions by third-party platforms, financial losses, business disruptions, or legal issues resulting from account usage.
- If we are unable to fulfill an order (e.g., out of stock for the requested format), a full refund or store credit will be issued at the customer's choice. This is the only scenario in which a refund is applicable.
- Partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for partially fulfilled bulk orders where a portion of the requested quantity could not be delivered.
- Any refund-eligible requests must be submitted via Telegram (@otpxchange) within 24 hours of payment.
- Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent refund claims will result in immediate blacklisting from all OTPXChange services.
9. Support & Guidance Disclaimer
OTPXChange may, at its discretion, offer tips, recommendations, or best practices regarding account usage, proxy setup, warm-up procedures, or platform behavior. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Any guidance, tips, or suggestions provided by OTPXChange — whether through Telegram, our website, our blog, or any other channel — are shared for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of any outcome.
- Following our recommendations does not guarantee that accounts will remain active, unbanned, or functional for any specific period of time.
- Third-party platforms (Telegram, Google, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) may change their policies, detection methods, or security measures at any time, which may affect the functionality of purchased accounts regardless of how they are used.
- OTPXChange assumes no responsibility for results, outcomes, or damages arising from the customer's reliance on any guidance we provide.
- Customers are solely responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence regarding account usage in their specific use case and jurisdiction.
10. Usage Guidelines
By purchasing from OTPXChange, you agree to the following usage guidelines:
- Use high-quality residential or mobile proxies when logging into purchased accounts.
- Do not log into multiple accounts from the same IP address simultaneously.
- Do not engage in spam, phishing, fraud, or any illegal activity using purchased accounts.
- Do not immediately perform aggressive actions (mass messaging, bulk adding) on fresh accounts.
- Follow a warm-up period for new accounts to reduce the risk of bans.
- Accounts that are banned or restricted due to the customer's misuse are not eligible for replacement.
11. Account Warranty Limitations
- OTPXChange does not guarantee the permanent availability or longevity of any account.
- Platform providers (Telegram, Google, Discord, etc.) may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time based on their own policies.
- We are not responsible for account bans, restrictions, or losses that occur after the replacement window has expired.
- We make no guarantees regarding the performance, follower count, karma, or trust score of any account beyond what is explicitly stated in the product description.
12. Privacy & Data
- We do not collect, store, or share personal information beyond what is necessary to process orders.
- Communication via Telegram is subject to Telegram's own privacy policies.
- Payment transactions are processed via cryptocurrency networks and are governed by their respective protocols.
- We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on our website.
- Order records are retained only for the duration necessary to provide support and process replacements.
13. Intellectual Property
- All content on otpxchange.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of OTPXChange.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.
- Third-party trademarks and logos (Telegram, Google, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
14. Limitation of Liability
- OTPXChange provides products on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- In no event shall OTPXChange be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
- We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platform actions (bans, suspensions, policy changes).
15. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our products for any illegal purpose under your local, state, national, or international law.
- Resell our products as your own without our authorization (authorized resellers are exempt).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit our delivery systems.
- Submit fraudulent payment or chargeback claims.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our support staff.
16. Modifications to Terms
OTPXChange reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OTPXChange shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication via Telegram (@otpxchange).
- If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law.
